Low cost calls from the USA to Tonga

With all the negative discussions about telephony in Tonga, and there's more to come, I wish to let everyone in on a great deal I got making calls from the USA to Tonga.
If you have a better deal, let everyone else in on the story.
SAMS club, which I understand is part of the Walmart conglomerate sell a branded AT&T phonecard which has great voice quality at a very good price.

My cousin bought cards at SAMS and here's what you get.
$20 gives you 80+ minutes which is about USD$0.25 a minute (or TOP$0.50 per minute.)
Great Price, Great voice quality.
I was calling the boss everyday, so it was very very important to get a good cheap solution, and 25 cents US (or 50 seniti) a minute was a great deal.
Voice quality was good from Texas, better from San Francisco and real good/great from LAX.
So, if you can get to a SAMs CLUB then get one of these cards.
